Ryan was an extremely professional and courteous agent to my family and I. There were major issues in purchasing our property that were all caused by the seller and Ryan addressed each and every issue in exactly the right manner in order to ensure the deal closed. Outside of the major issues that were all caused by the seller, Ryan helped us from the start by helping us find the property we were looking for, being informed about the current market conditions, negotiating a fair price, and ensuring that the paperwork was properly drafted and filled out. Ryan was responsive to every question, phone call, and email from us; he also kept us informed at each step so that there was no confusion. Customer service is practically non-existent in Miami, but Ryan is a rare exception that does genuinely care and is willing to go out of his way for his client.
